Because it was raining,
because it felt easy,
because there’s always so much to share and say…
Because I’m home alone and a little lonely, and thought it might be nice to catch up with you.
Click play for a 17 minute catch up on my ‘running away to the French countryside (part time)’ adventure, featuring triffid weeds, exploratory holes, Papi the tool dealer and all things croissant.
I’m curious to see if this format works for you as a reader, as it was fun (and really quick) to record. Would you like more audio posts like this mixed into my sharing here? Audio and photos together sometimes, maybe? Or stick to the written words?
Interested to hear your thoughts.
With love,
Sara xx
This was so gorgeous Sara! I listened to it whilst baking birthday cake and can’t do that whilst reading. I struggle to read and take things in at the moment anyway so this was perfect.
Sorry about your flood struggles. Exact same issue here, happy to zoom and share findings - if you figure it out let me know though as we’re no closer to a fix other than rip the kitchen out and tank it, not my first choice, I was pretty happy with the idea of a channel a la your previous owners! Sending love from a wet Yorkshire to a damp but infinitely more charming France. X
Totally here for this type of content. You have a lovely voice and I just had a very relaxing and escapist 20 mins. Thank you.
