A beautifully written post Sara and ohh did it resonate. I definitely love seeing the imperfections in other peoples real life but find it sticky in my own! Something to push through and see what happens x
Sara this is so beautiful & profound. Wish it wasn’t so hard to do in our own lives!! And you’re so right, it’s absolutely the piece I notice & see magic in for others.
Oh Sara, that bit about not sharing the reality of your health because you don't want it to be a a part of you at all resonated so hard with me. I try to hide my health problems all the time and that's not easy standing in front of a class of adults. And yet, whenever I do talk a little bit about it, it leads to such sharing with my customers. We need to accept ourselves entirely - even the bits we do not like or welcome. Thanks for a lovely, thought-provoking post
I relate so much! It's so hard to imagine others wont have the same negative connotations as us when it comes to our health and our messy parts. But of course, when you're not living with the reality of it, it's a totally different thing! Here's to finding our way to self acceptance... xx

If only there was a way to zoom out and body swap for an hour and see ourselves how others do! (Psychedelics, maybe? lol) xx

ps: Love the paper boats.
Come and float paper boats in my kitchen floods any time xx
That is so good and I really needed to read that this morning. Can’t wait to do the worksheet.
Really intrigued to hear what you find, Amanda! x
