Oh Sara, that bit about not sharing the reality of your health because you don't want it to be a a part of you at all resonated so hard with me. I try to hide my health problems all the time and that's not easy standing in front of a class of adults. And yet, whenever I do talk a little bit about it, it leads to such sharing with my customers. We need to accept ourselves entirely - even the bits we do not like or welcome.
